Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy: Payment is due within 48 hours of receipt of the images. Payment is past-due 2 weeks after the receipt of the images and a late fee of 1.5% per month will then be incurred.

Cancellation Policy: Clients are asked to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $500.00 cancellation charge.

Photo Delivery Policy: Clients will receive agreed number of images, unless otherwise specified, within 14 days via digital transfer.

Photo Licensing Agreement: Nicholas Ferris Photography LLC is the copyright holder of the images. The copyright of the images is not transferable to any other party without a specific written agreement.

CLIENT has permission to use Nicholas Ferris Photography LLC images on any form of electronic or printed advertisement for the promotion of that specific interior project. The licensing agreement is only valid between Nicholas Ferris Photography LLC and CLIENT. Images cannot be sent or used by a third party without written consent by Nicholas Ferris Photography LLC.

Failure to pay for the images will result in a copyright infringement/violation. CLIENT will be asked to remove the images from any electronic or printed form of advertisement. Failure to stop using them will result in legal action.

Staging Policy: The photographer is not responsible for staging the space/interior for photographs. The space/interior will be photographed as found on site; the photographer will not be responsible for moving or cleaning anything inside or outside of the property.
